Registration Rate Descriptions

Registration rate includes the following:

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing to Suzanne Low at suzanne@hawksoftusergroup.org by three (3) weeks prior the meeting. Cancellation requests received within three (3) weeks prior the meeting, will be processed, less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the meeting. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. There will be no refunds after three (3) weeks prior the meeting, and NO REFUNDS will be issued for no-shows. Fees cannot be carried over to future HUG/HawkSoft events, meetings, conferences, or webinars. Substitutions are welcome at any time.

Attendees are responsible for cancelling their own hotel rooms and incurring any cancellation fees from hotel, airlines and rental cars.

Code of Conduct

Attendees/Spouses/Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and ethical manner at all times throughout the retreat. This includes interactions that take place both on-site and off-site with retreat attendees. As an Attendees/Spouses/Guests, please remember that while participating in retreat activities, you represent HUG and its community. Any behavior deemed unprofessional, disruptive, or inconsistent with HUG’s standards may result in removal from the retreat without refund, as well as impact eligibility for future participation.


Photo/Video Release

By attending this HawkSoft User Group event, you acknowledge and understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event, and you hereby grant the HawkSoft User Group, HawkSoft, and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image or likeness for any lawful purpose relating to marketing and promotional activities. 


Attendee & Sponsor Communication 

By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree that your email address may be shared with event sponsors for the purpose of a single pre-event communication. All sponsors are required to sign an agreement limiting outreach to one mass email prior to the conference. This authorization does not include invitations to sponsor-hosted dinners, receptions, or other special events intended for prospective or current clients. Please note that phone numbers are never shared with sponsors or third parties by HUG.
